All offerings are subject to accessibility and climatic conditions. We maintain the authority to alter or halt services when necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In order to reserve a charter, you must:

  • Have reached the age of majority, typically 18 years
  • Submit accurate and comprehensive details
  • Remit the requisite initial payment as indicated in your booking confirmation
  • Assent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservation confirmation is only secured with the payment completion and our issuance of written affirmation. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent upon vessel availability and agreeable weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are quoted in € and incorporate applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are adjustable without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: An initial payment equalling 50% of the full charter cost is required at the time of booking
  • Remainder: Payable 48 hours in advance of the charter departure
  • Incidental charges (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted mechanisms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Complete reimbursement excluding processing fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: 50% reimbursement
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where weather conditions are determined unsafe by our captain, we will propose either:

  • Rebooking your charter for the nearest available slot without extra charges
  • A full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there's a mechanical issue with your allocated vessel, we will endeavor to offer a suitable replacement. If that's not possible, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are required to:

  • Comply with all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any medical issues that could affect their safety
  • Stay within designated sections of the yacht

6.2 Restricted Items

The following are not permitted on the yacht:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive drinks beyond reasonable personal consumption
  • Pets (except when given prior authorization)

6.3 Behavior

Guest behavior should be courteous at all times. A charter may be terminated prematurely without refund if behavior endangers safety or disrupts other guests' experience.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Responsibility

We are accountable only up to the amount paid for your charter. Our liability does not cover:

  • Injuries incurred due to passenger neglect
  • Possession loss or damage
  • Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
  • Delays attributable to weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Coverage

We possess comprehensive marine insurance that includes our vessels and operations. Personal travel and property insurance are guest responsibilities.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

Engaging in our charter services implies acknowledgement of the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and you accept personal accountability for your safety and welfare.

8. Itinerary Amendment

We maintain the discretion to alter routes, schedules, or itineraries due to meteorological conditions, safety necessities, or operational demands. Comparable alternatives will be supplied whenever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Occurrences beyond our influence, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Governmental decrees
  • Port shutdowns
  • Technical malfunctions

are not grounds for liability in cases of delays, cancellations, or modifications.
