What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes staffed with professional crew, includes safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic refreshments. The exact offerings depend on the service — think sunset cruises with premium beverages and light bites, or business charters with meeting amenities and corporate-style catering.
When should I reserve?
To secure availability, it's best to book 2–3 weeks before your planned departure, and for high-demand periods between May-September, even earlier. For tailored events or corporate functions, allow 4-6 weeks for a wider selection and customization options.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is paramount. Should the captain deem conditions hazardous, we'll look to reschedule or provide a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently and should concerns arise, we'll reach out a day in advance of your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring personal food and drinks?
Absolutely, personal food and drinks are welcome aboard. We do offer a range of excellent catering options and are happy to tailor menus. Note, for safety, glass containers aren't permitted onboard.
Do you cater to guests with mobility issues?
We're committed to hosting all guests comfortably. Some vessels are equipped with more accessibility features than others. Discuss your specific requirements when booking, and we'll guide you to the best yacht choice and make the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to leaving, we refund in full. For cancellations made between 24-72 hours before, you'll get back half of what you paid. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance won't be refunded, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our side.
